Where do you deliver?
We deliver all across New Zealand and Australia, to home, business or rural addresses, including most rural locations.
Can you deliver to my home/property?
We can arrange delivery directly to your home, utilising taillift deliveries to make it easy. Additional costs will apply.
When do you ship products?
For stock items, orders are shipped same or next day. For non-stock or backorder items, our sales team can inform you of your delivery timeframe. In the busy seasons we can get a backlog so we always recommend contacting us to confirm availability first.
Does my product come fully assembled?
Due to the large bulk of our products they are vulnerable to damage in freight. Consequently, most of our products require some minor assembly to put together. Instructions are provided and it is always straightforward. Please contact us if you have any questions about assembly. We are always ready to help.
Delivery Costs
Transport costs vary by product, as our products vary wildly in weight and bulk.
However, for most new products we are able to offer FREE DELIVERY to your nearest Mainfreight Depot.
NOTE: Used equipment is all quoted ex-yard - freight additional.
We also offer competitive fixed-rate shipping to your door if required. Please contact us for a quote.
For each product able to be purchased online, you should be able to view our competitive fixed-rate shipping costs on the product page.
Note, all pricing for New Zealand orders are to North and South Islands only; additional costs may apply for shipping to Hauraki Gulf islands, Stewart Island, Chatham Island etc.
Stock
We do our best to ensure that all products available for sale on our website are in stock. If a product is not in stock, it will not be available for sale.
However, in the unlikely event that a product purchased online is out of stock, we can either make arrangements for backordering, or can refund the full amount paid towards the order.
We always recommend contacting us to confirm availability.
